The method involves determining distribution of clock synchronization errors of observation stations (22). Information are transferred for distribution of the clock synchronization errors from the observation stations. The information are received and evaluated for distribution of the clock synchronization errors while observation precision is measured by a bottom segment (20) based on the information. An error budget for different observation stations or groups is transferred from the observation stations in addition to the information for distribution of the errors from the stations. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an usage system for a satellite navigation system (2) a device for enhancement of integrity communication in a satellite navigation system.
