The combination has a storage shelf i.e. luggage compartment mat (1), with projections (2) arranged at equal distance to each other in a base (4) of a transport container i.e. folding box (3). The base rests planar on the storage shelf. The base has recesses provided on a lower side and forming a positive counterpart to the projections. The storage shelf is made of material with high adhesive coefficient and consists of a rubber mat. The projections exhibit a form of segments of a ball. The projections and/or the recesses are locked with one another when the container is set on the shelf.
