The hydraulic actuators are connected with the tank by tank spacers, and a tank pressure lifting valve device is provided with a pressure regulating valve. The tank pressure lifting valve device includes a check valve that is connected parallel to the pressure regulating valve. A throttle check valve device is arranged in and on the actuator spacers.
