The converter has a 24 volts power supply for supplying power to control electronics, motor phase modules of an inverter that are mounted at a frame (2). The power supply is removed form the frame over rails, so that a connecting cable is swung by pulling out the exposed area of an outer space environment. Connecting devices connect lines of the connecting cable with bus bars (10) by a tool. The power supply is arranged on a mounting plate (7), at which the rails are formed.
