The method comprises introducing (S21) a cooling pane into a lower form of a powder filling machine, tightly closing (S22) an upper form and the lower form of the powder filling machine, filling (S23) a metal powder that is uniformly distributed through vibration of the cooling pane on the cooling pane, opening (S24) the upper form and spraying an organic liquid on the metal powder of the cooling pane, and removing (S25) the cooling pane from the lower form to perform a sintering. The method comprises introducing (S21) a cooling pane into a lower form of a powder filling machine, tightly closing (S22) an upper form and the lower form of the powder filling machine, filling (S23) a metal powder that is uniformly distributed through vibration of the cooling pane on the cooling pane, opening (S24) the upper form and spraying an organic liquid on the metal powder of the cooling pane, and removing (S25) the cooling pane from the lower form to perform a sintering. The metal powder is filled by airflow with positive pressure or a filling opening of the upper form on the cooling pane. The organic liquid: is sprayed on the cooling pane before the cooling pane is removed from the lower form; and compatible for the metal powder, which is fixed on the cooling pane. The upper form comprises spacers, which lie tightly to the cooling pane. The metal powder forms a recess at the locations of the spacers. The metal powder is copper powder or silver powder. The lower form is displaced in vibration by the powder filling machine, where a vibration time is given. The powder filling machine has a slide mechanism at the location of the lower form by which the lower form is removed.
