The continuously variable transmission has a drive shaft (1) and an eccentric component (2) connected with the drive shaft, and multiple transmission elements (3) arranged in a radial plane around the eccentric component and standing in effective connection with the eccentric component. The transmission elements are formed as rocker arms (7) supported over rollers (6) at eccentric component. The rocker arms are held in contact with the eccentric component by a pressure force of a spring (8). The swivel angle area of a rocker arm is predetermined around a swivel axis (9). An independent claim is also included for a drive arrangement with an auxiliary unit.
