The method involves pressing the powder and granulates in the die plate (5) of a press with a die. The radial warping of the mold against the wall of the die plate set during the pressing of powder and granulates is measured and is used as a control size for the press parameter and structure and composition of powder and granulates. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a pressing device for manufacturing molds; and (2) a method for calibrating the pressing device.
