Thermoresponsive substrate with microgels, process for its preparation and culture methods for biological cells

A substrate (10), in particular for holding biological cells (21), comprises a substrate body (1) which has a support surface (2) on which thermoresponsive microgels (3) are fixed. A method for producing the substrate (10) and a method for culturing biological cells (21) on the substrate (10) are also described.
