The apparatus (10) has a vertically adjustable vibrating body (1) e.g. vibrating plate, provided with brushes (9). The vibrating body is arranged in relation to a surface to be cleaned. The vibrating body is vibrated by an incineration-motor or a hydraulic propelled vibrator (2) in an arbitrary direction. Frequency and amplitude of vibration are adjusted. The brushes comprise bristles including defined rigidity. A thermal power supply (3) supplies thermal energies (6, 7) in a form of hot water, vapor, hot gas and thermal radiation over the brushes and/or around the brushes.
