The solar cells and/or panels, regulating control and the battery are galvanically connected with power-adjusted coils (13, 14) for di-polar and voltage-regulatable direct current supply of direct current-consumers (15) for direct current-energy supply of direct current-light generating elements (9-12). An additional-supply line is connected parallel to a ground line.
