The device has a conductor arrangement (L) with conductor elements (1-6), and a housing made from a soft plastic material and partly enclosing the conductor arrangement. The housing comprises a recess in a predetermined area of the conductor arrangement. The conductor elements lie in the recess. The recess of the housing is filled by another soft plastic material, which is softer than the former plastic material. The conductor elements are connected with lead lines (7-9) with a terminal portion (A). The recess is formed between the terminal portion and a plug region (S) in the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a plug device.
