The turbine (2) has wind rotors e.g. wind wheels and/or wind rollers, compensating torques, and a traction body (1) allowing different electric potentials and current produced at the turbine. The traction body deflects strokes of lightning, and is clamped between a fixed point at a floor and a force source acting at larger height of the turbine. The turbine is attached at the traction body, has no rigid connection to the floor and is operated at heights in which uniform wind is not swirled by obstructions. The wind rotors receive wind and traction forces.
