The pressure accumulator comprises a piston, which is arranged in a housing (1) that on the one hand stands in pressure-medium connection with a camshaft adjustable system and on the other hand stands in active connection with a spring accumulator (3). The spring accumulator is arranged partly outside the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a pressure accumulator.
