The perforating unit (1) has a roller (2), where a perforating blade (7) projects peripherally and extends in an axial manner. The perforating blade is fixed on a mantle surface of the roller. Another roller (3) is arranged axially parallel with extensive small distance from the former roller. The latter roller has an axially extending groove (10), where the perforating blade is plunged into the groove of the latter roller during rotation of the former roller. An independent claim is also included for a winding machine.
