The lifter (1) has a magnet rail attached on a window pane (2) and a coil system (3), where the pane is positioned in a continuously variable manner. The magnet rail contains permanent magnets, which are secured on a soft iron stripe. Guide elements (4, 5) are formed lateral to a travel direction (B) of the pane. The guide elements are designed as shaft-like elements or U-profile. A drive system is selectively actuated such that the pane is oscillated and utilized for audio applications and active sound proofing of a passenger compartment.
