The gear box has transmission elements (3) arranged in a radial plane between a drive element (1) and an output element (2) e.g. stationary arranged and rotatably mounted wheel. A rotatably mounted freewheel device (4) is connected with the drive element that lies radially outward with respect to rotational axis (D) of the output element. An eccentric rotatable ring (5) and the transmission elements are formed as a rocker arm (7) supported by rollers (6) at the ring, where the rocker arm is held in contact with the ring by pressure force of a spring (8).
