Homogeneously heated molding tool (1) comprises: at least a first glass fiber layer (2a) applied on the back side of a positive- and/or a negative molding tool made of a metal; at least a temperature sensor (3) arranged and fixed on the first glass fiber layer; a second glass fiber layer applied on the first glass fiber layer and the sensor; and a heating layer (4) applied after the first glass fiber layer in the form of a planar electrical resistance heating fabric or clutch with an electrical connection, where the layer of the fabric or clutch is covered by an additional glass fiber layer.
