The arrangement has a support (10) supporting eyelets (20) in a receiver, where the eyelets partially consist of wear-resistant material and include a duct. A part of the eyelets includes a shaft with an outer cone replaceably utilized in an inner cone of the duct. A cone connection is formed between the cones. The duct extends from a supply side (11) to a rear side of the support, and the eyelets include an opening (26) that opens radially outward to the duct, where the opening is formed as longitudinal slots that extend through axial length of the eyelets.
