The milling-technology method involves providing a plate-shaped milling tool (4) with a milling cutter at the distal edges, which is moved in a circular movement running perpendicular to milling axis by an incorporation device (6) controlled by an eccentric design (5). The circular movement penetrates machining into the work piece (3) under corresponding feed motion due to the circulation pressure stroke and return stroke and thus reaches a corresponding work piece recess.
