The wheelchair has a driving wheel and a steering wheel arranged on sides of a frame (10) via a pivoting front fork (210), where the fork is supported at a receiving element (30). The element comprises a fixing member (31) connected with a bearing shell (11) arranged at the frame. A connection piece (40) comprises a base body, which is arranged partially inside the shell and screwed with the fixing member. The shell is manufactured and welded to the frame by aluminum extrusion. A situation characteristic mark is provided on an outer side of the connection piece. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting seat height of a wheelchair.
