The element (20) has a resilient carrier made from plastic material, expanded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene and expanded polyethylene, and a resilient poured surface area made from water-impermeable plastic material and polyurethane. A glue layer i.e. adhesion promoter, is formed between the carrier and the surface area. A sealing layer i.e. skid-proof layer, is applied to the surface area, and includes glass beads. A base body (22) comprises an opening (26), and a recess (24) that is formed on an upper side. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a prefabricated element.
