The belt (1) has two holders designed in the form of a loop, and glued and/or connected to the belt with a torch, where the belt is horizontally and vertically intersected such that the belt is stretched around rope rolling housing of a dog. The belt is glued to sides (2) of the housing by a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) (3). Right and left sides of holder are attached to the belt for an excrement bag container.
