The switch has a plate spring (32) extending in close proximity to a moving contact (12) in a plane of motion. The moving contact of the plate spring is applied by a sliding connection and converts force effect of a contact force unit (16) e.g. tension spring, into a separation position located at an immovable fixed contact (4). The plate spring is formed such that a component holds the moving contact in the separation position. A bus bar (2) and the fixed contact are defined into switch housings (6). The fixed and moving contacts together form a switching contact (14) of a switching pole.
