The floor cover plate comprises a plate body with an integrated heating element for heating the floor cover plate by electric energy. The plate body is formed as grid (2). The heating element is arranged on the upper side of the plate body. The floor cover plate also has a covering (7), a coating or a plating on its upper side, where the covering covers the heating element. The covering, coating or plating consists of a glass fiber reinforced plastic. An independent claim is also included for a floor cover plate arrangement with a control unit.
