The arrangement (1) has a stimulation electrode and a set of pressure sensors (8) for measurement of signals in a pelvic region. The stimulation electrode is introduced into the pelvic region during a surgery. The set of sensors is utilized for measuring a bladder function and an activity of a sphincter. The sensors are utilized for measuring a hydrostatic pressure in a bladder, where the sensors are connected with a bladder catheter. An independent claim is also included for a method for interoperative control of stimulationability of functions controlled by autonomic nervous system in a pelvic region.
