The handle (1) has a plug-on body located on a base that is formed by a fastening section (3) used for fastening the handle to a motor vehicle interior. The plug-on body is partly provided with a covering material (7) and parallel to a plane, which is stretched by a laminar u-shaped pattern. The plug-on body includes a receiving groove that receives a flat profile section of the base body. The flat profile section exhibits thickness smaller than thickness (d2') of the fastening section. The groove exhibits snug-fit with the flat profile section. The covering material consists of a material from a group consisting of leather, wood, textile, rubber, elastomer, metal or carbon fiber-coated stone material.
