The roller plunger (1) has a housing, whose inner casing is passed through by an arch piece which has a bearing at its drive-sided front surface for a cam contact roller (7). The arch piece has an attachment at its output-sided front surface for a cam follower series part. The housing is provided with two diametrically opposite-lying, pocket-shaped recesses which are overstretched in circumferential direction by a belt piece that runs at the casing of the housing.
