The holder has a spiral spring (3) that surrounds a threaded bush (1) that is applied with initial tension. Ends (3') of the threaded bush extend parallel to a shaft axis and point away from each other. Each end of the spiral spring is operatively connected with a clamping device (10) that is arranged on a shaft (20) adjacent to the threaded bush. The clamping device is rotatably coupled to the shaft. The shaft is rotatably actuated to reduce the contact pressure acting on the threaded bush during non-actuation of shaft by the spiral spring.
