The orthosis (1) has a connecting device (4) for connecting collars (2, 3) of each pair of sleeves (5), and another connecting device (6) connected with the former connecting device. The latter connecting device is designed such that the pairs of sleeves are assigned to each other in a defined distance in parallel adjustment with defined relative movability and the orthosis fixes two legs in parallel adjustment in the pair of sleeves in a movement plane within a sagittal plane in a flexion position with defined abductability.
