The plug connector of the module transmits data from the module and/or to module, and a signal processing unit (11) is designed such that the data is received or transmitted through the plug connector. A transceiver (12) wirelessly transmits or receives the data, where the data from the transceiver is transmitted through an inductive transmission unit. The plug connector transmits a received energy to the hearing instrument.
