The collector (10) has substrate units (12, 14, 16, 18) connected with a solar cell and comprising substrate layers (20, 22, 24, 26) and fluorescent material that is connected with the layers. The substrate units are spatially separated from each other by a gap (40), where end regions of the layers are connected by a spacer. A layer (38) filters the fluorescent material with noxious wavelengths of sunlight (36). The fluorescent material is designed as a dye film on a surface area of the layers, and exhibits gradated absorption or emission spectrum of the adjacent substrate units. An independent claim is also included for a collector arrangement comprising a receptacle.
