The mechanism has a compression spring whose two ends are pressed against a set of directly arranged wings (2) and a holder, respectively. The holder is protruded from a spring comb that is bounded to a central body of a column (C). A lowest wing (2a) is used to arrange the arranged wings in a load standby position by an effect of a driving rod during a loading process. The lowest wing reaching the load standby position is used to move the arranged wings in a folded position during an unloading process by an effect of the compression spring.
