The invention relates to the detection and automated billing of activities of a caretaker in residential complexes as well as ancillary services, such as cleaning the stairwells, reading of heating and water cost recording devices, recording defects in apartment acceptance, whereby the respective object, the person, the type and duration the activity and the apportionment eligibility are stored and processed electronically.
