The device has a calibration device (30) arranged downstream to an extruding tool (20), and including an inner attachment surface inverse to an outer-lying contour of preset profile geometry. A thermoplastic resin film (3) is guided in plastic condition in extrusion direction along the attachment surface. Outer surface of a caliber projection (31) of the calibration device has an attachment surface with an opening for suction of the thermoplastic resin film in plastic condition by vacuum.
