The method involves using information about actual geographical position of an entity, during authentication of the identity. Geographical areas are segmented into multiple adjacent, different, small rectangular zones with code words, where the zones exhibit location information. Identifiers are coded using a gray code, and the coded identifiers of adjacent, different coded zones differ from each other by a bit. A measure of specific blur is pre-determined in the identifiers by updated position bit-accuracy.
