The screening method under the inclusion of living tissue of a blood vessel system, comprises contacting 1000 different single material mixture of a mixture of streptokinase (1000-1000000 I.E.), isosorbide nitrate (1.0-50.0 mg) and magnesium stearate (1.0-20.0 mg) with the tissues of the blood vessel system in the form of a library and/or library members for finding optimally effective material mixtures directed for the regulation of a crisis situation of the blood vessel system, where all values between the specified interval limits are exposed according to the technical reality. The screening method under inclusion of living tissue of a blood vessel system, comprises contacting 1000 different single material mixture of a mixture of streptokinase (1000-1000000 I.E.), isosorbide nitrate (1.0-50.0 mg) and magnesium stearate (1.0-20.0 mg) with the tissues of the blood vessel system in the form of a library and/or library members for finding optimally effective material mixtures directed for the regulation of a crisis situation of the blood vessel system, where all values between the specified interval limits are exposed according to the technical reality. Angina pectoris symptoms, heart failure or pulmonary hypertension are selected as crisis situation to be regulated, where the active substances are prepared in tablet form. The optimally effective single material mixture is identified, in which positive effects are screened. The positive effects are viewed in a psycho-regulating effect in organism model.
