The torque transfer device has a support plate (1) and a flange (2), which are rotated against each other against the force of a compression spring. The compression spring has two spring elements coupled together by a metallic connecting medium. The connecting medium is a collar stud equipped with a plate, where pins are arranged at both sides of the plate.
