The light guiding element is provided with a cross section, which consists of two semi-ellipses (E1.1,E2.1). A light surface that is determined by an envelope (HK1) of former semi ellipse forms a light emitting surface with a focal width (f). A maximal distance (A3) between the envelop of the former semi-ellipse and another envelope (HK2) of the latter semi-ellipse corresponds to the focal width of the light emitting surface. A conjugate axis (N1) of the former semi-ellipse is almost as same in size as a main axis (H2) of the latter semi-ellipse.
