The roof (1) has a window (10) i.e. sliding lifting window, comprising solar cells (11), and a covering part (2) covering the window on a side facing an inner surface of a vehicle. The covering part is designed as a roller blind and a sliding roof. A window facing side of the covering part is formed in a metallic reflective manner such that the light penetrating the side is reflected at the covering part and the inner surface is illuminated. The window facing side of the covering part exhibits brightened color. The window is made of glass or plastics.
