The system has a seat part (12) hingedly connected with a backrest part (10). A base part (14) is held at and hingedly connected with the seat part. The backrest part is held at a guide device (22) in an upper region in a height adjustable manner. A moving device and a support device are provided in a lower region of the backrest part. The base part includes an end region, which is supportable on an instrument panel in a reclining position of the system. The seat part and the base part are adjustable in a non-use position.
