The clutch unit comprises two friction clutches (2, 3), which comprise a contact plate (10), and tie rods (17), which are arranged on a tie rod ring and is actuated with a lever element (14). The clutch unit comprises an adjustment device with a first housing fixed by ramp device, which interacts with a second ramp device to an adjusting ring (28). A spring device is braced with the housing of a fixed ramp device. A transport lock is effective between the tie rod ring and the adjusting ring, where the transport lock of the adjusting ring is fixed in a transport position. The clutch unit comprises two friction clutches (2, 3), which comprise a contact plate (10), and tie rods (17), which are arranged on a tie rod ring and is actuated with a lever element (14). The clutch unit comprises an adjustment device with a first housing fixed by ramp device, which interacts with a second ramp device to an adjusting ring (28). A spring device is braced with the housing of a fixed ramp device. A transport lock is effective between the tie rod ring and the adjusting ring, where the transport lock of the adjusting ring is fixed in a transport position with respect to a rotation in a re-adjustment manner and the lever element is implemented in an operating position by operation, in which the determination of the adjusting ring is detached. The tie rod ring comprises a hook, which protrudes into the transport position in a first opening of the adjusting ring, which comprises a second opening in which the hook protrudes into the operating position of the adjusting rings. The second opening extends itself over a peripheral region of the adjusting ring so that a readjusting angle is revolved itself around the adjusting ring. The hook is arranged on a flexible supporting element and comprises a ramp side and a holding side. The adjusting ring is stored in an axial spring-like manner. The supporting element is connected detachably or permanently with the tie rod ring and is formed in single-piece manner with the tie rod ring. The thickness of the supporting element is smaller than the thickness of the tie rod ring.
