Pharmaceutical composition (I), based on an administration unit, comprises 10-1000 mg of flupirtine and/or its salt or derivative, and 10-1000 mg of N-acetylcysteine and/or its salt or derivative, where the flupirtine and N-acetylcysteine are present at a ratio of 0.5:1-1:2. ACTIVITY : Analgesic; Antimigraine; Vulnerary; Gynecological; Anticonvulsant; Muscular-Gen.; Neuroprotective; Antiparkinsonian; Nootropic; Cerebroprotective; Ophthalmological.
