The insert (6) has two linearly-arranged groups of LEDs that are arranged on a common or on separate light center carrier (8). A multipart reflector (9) is provided with reflection regions that are provided to the LED groups. An arrangement and/or adjustment of the reflector are selected corresponding to the LED groups. Light-current emitted by one LED group is reflected by the reflector in a predefinable region of a surface. Light-current emitted by another LED group is reflected by the reflector in another predefinable region of the surface.
