The device has a housing (1), reverse flow prevention devices (5,13) on the input and output sides and a valve (outlet valve) for opening or closing an outlet (4) between the reverse flow prevention devices. The housing is in one piece, the outlet valve ring includes a valve ring able to move in the housing and fixed to a piston to form a pot (9) with a surface subjected to pressure acting in equal measure towards the input (2) and output (3).
