This invention consists of a system that permits to close the tip of a tubular knitting, particularly of a stocking, without stopping the sewing process, by means of a circular device that enters inside the cylinder manufacturing the stocking and that, suitably programmed, catches the stitch under the needles and carries it to the sewing machine.
