The method involves dispersing a biocompatible substance in a solvent for obtaining an intermediate solution, where the solvent comprises ethyl or methyl alcohol. The intermediate solution is precipitated to obtain an amorphous condensate of the substance. The substance is mixed with a nucleating agent of the substance, and the agent is activated for generating the appearance of a crystalline phenomenon within the condensate to obtain partially crystallized biocompatible material. An independent claim is also included for a biocompatible material implantable in a human body or animal.
