The bell (1) has a shell (10) comprising an open surface for permitting fixation of the bell against a surface to be processed, where dimensions of the shell are adapted for housing a complete manual tool. An orifice (27) connects the bell with a depression system. A porthole (40) is optically transparent for visualizing the work performed on the surface to be processed using the tool. Openings (34, 36) form a glove box for manipulating the tool.
