The device has pressurized air production units comprising a wheel (12), and a reducer (16) for ensuring reduction necessary to attain a desired rotation speed. Blades of a ventilator (18) are rotated by the reducer. A distributor (20) distributes an air flow generated by the ventilator between air vents (22), where each air vent is equipped with a flexible hose (24) for delivering air from the distributor to a blowing head (26). Operation units (28) are combined in translation in a vertical plane and in rotation in a horizontal plane of the blowing head.
