The assembly has a seat (1) comprising a base (3) and a backrest (2) folded on the base. A rear panel (6) of a carpet covers a floor (5) of a boot (9) of a vehicle. A front panel (7) of the carpet is articulated with the rear panel by a transversal articulation hinge (8). The carpet covers space between bottom (2b) of the backrest and the floor. The front panel of the carpet has a covering liner covering a dorsal face of the backrest and slide forming units, where the front panel is fixed to an internal armature of the backrest of the seat by a unit formed by parallel slides.
