The container has a vat (11) equipped with a wall (2) pierced with a set of openings (31, 32). Bottom (21) is surrounded by a drilled peripheral edge (22). A part of the openings is provided in the bottom of the wall of the vat. The bottom extends on a first level (N1) and a second level (N2) by zones, where the first level overhangs the second level. The openings provided in the zones of the first level and second level cover respective first and second surfaces, where the first surface is higher than the second surface. An independent claim is also included for a revegetation method.
